Description We are looking for a Tax Senior to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. In this role, you will focus on preparing and reviewing tax returns while fostering strong client relationships and demonstrating high standards of professionalism. Responsibilities: • Prepare federal and state income tax returns for complex entities and high-net-worth families. • Review basic federal and state tax returns for individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations. • Conduct in-depth tax research using advanced tax research tools and platforms. • Enhance and expand your tax technical expertise through ongoing learning. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery. • Take ownership of assigned tasks while managing multiple priorities effectively. • Collaborate on special projects and contribute to team success. Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting from an accredited institution. • Active CPA license required • 2-3 years of recent tax experience in public accounting • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Proven ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. • Adaptability and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailored to diverse audiences.
