Responsibilities · Prepare and review tax returns for corporations, partnerships, trusts and individuals · Conduct tax research, draft memos and prepare slide decks for international and domestic tax planning and presentations · Prepare and review required international tax compliance forms · Advise multinational clients to help them anticipate and understand the potential considerations and consequences of tax planning decisions at a global level · Prepare analysis for E& P studies, GILTI, Subpart F, FDII, ECI, PTEP, BEAT, and FTC · Work independently and collaboratively with the tax team.
