Description Sara Walker with Robert Half is looking for a dedicated Tax Preparer to join our team in Tualatin, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent client service. Responsibilities: • Participate in client meetings to provide support and ensure thorough follow-up on action items. • Manage timelines and deliverables by preparing agendas, tracking tasks, and maintaining workflow systems. • Collect and organize tax-related documents during tax season to ensure timely and accurate preparation. • Prepare detailed client presentations and financial performance reports using relevant tools. • Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring all administrative processes are completed accurately. • Maintain and update financial data in planning tools and software, such as Orion and Redtail. • Provide support for virtual and in-person client meetings, ensuring a meticulous and seamless experience. • Contribute to the growth of the team by mentoring new hires and sharing best practices. Job Order: 03600-0013280494 Requirements • A Series 66, 65, or 7 license is required. • At least 3 years of experience in a paraplanner, associate advisor, or lead advisor role. • Familiarity with financial platforms such as Schwab Advisor Platform, Redtail, and Orion is preferred. • Strong technological proficiency, including tools like Microsoft Outlook, Adobe, and Docusign. • Previous experience with financial firms such as Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, or Edward Jones is a plus. • Ability to confidently interact with clients in both virtual and in-person settings. • Well-organized home office setup to support virtual work requirements. • Commitment to integrity, client service, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
