Job Title: Tax Preparer

Salary: $40,000 – $50,000

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Tax Preparer to join our growing team. This role involves preparing accurate individual and small business tax returns, communicating effectively with clients, and ensuring compliance with current tax laws.

Responsibilities:

Prepare federal and state tax returns

Analyze financial records and resolve tax-related questions

Provide clear explanations of tax filings to clients

Maintain strict confidentiality and attention to detail

Qualifications:

Previous experience in tax preparation

Solid understanding of current IRS and state tax codes

Strong analytical and organizational skills

PTIN required; EA or CPA a plus
