As the Tax Operations Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the introduction of new digital products. Collaborating closely with Banking Operations you will establish and guide a team to fulfill tax-related responsibilities and establish a top-tier customer experience. Your role will be crucial in the integration of new products, necessitating the development of operating flows, procedures, controls, and technology user guides. This position will enable you to utilize your excellent communication abilities, risk and control mindset, and analytical approach in a dynamic environment.
Job responsibilities
Onboard a new product, which will require creation of operating flows, procedures, controls and technology user guidesBuild relationships with colleagues in Banking Operations and other Corporate Functions to establish and refine ‘client journeys’Recruit, lead and develop a team of dedicated professionals based in Frankfurt and Berlin.Operate daily controls and tasks to ensure regulatory tax obligations and client service level standards are met.
