Requirements + Experience: 8+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting. + Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field + CPA or Enrolled Agent strongly preferred. + Proven ability to lead and manage client engagements effectively. + Proficiency in tax software and tools; strong analytical and organizational skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to cultivate strong team and client relationships.
