We're seeking a Senior Finance Analyst specialising in Tax, who will be instrumental in guiding our business through the network of tax obligations. Your analytical prowess will not only ensure compliance but also shape our tax strategies, turning complexities into opportunities for efficiency. As a pivotal member of our finance team, you'll provide the clarity and precision that keeps us ahead of the curve. It's a position that will test your skill and reward your diligence. **Your responsibilities** + Ensure meticulous compliance with tax regulations, while proactively seeking ways to optimise our fiscal position. + Stay abreast of tax laws, ensuring both current and future changes are woven into our strategy. + Uphold the highest standards of accuracy and integrity in all reporting and tax returns. + Collaborate across teams to advise and influence tax-efficient decision-making. + Lead responses and interactions with Tax Authorities, including documentation gathering, analysis, and strategic response coordination. + Prepare, implement, and supervise documentation storage policies and procedures across departments. + Support and lead tax-related special projects and initiatives. + Maintain continuous updates on audit status and controversy developments. **The experience we're looking for** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, Economics, or a related field. + Financial systems (SAP, BI tools, Python) + Experience in Audit & Controversy (legal defense and tax authority interactions) + Advanced English proficiency. **The skills for success** + Dedication to understanding and applying the latest tax legislation in a commercial context. + Excel and financial systems (SAP, BI tools, Python) to dissect and analyse data effectively. + Keen attention to detail. + Exceptional communication skills. + Effective problem-solving and analytical review skills. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
