\nResponsibilities
DSC Vendors
\n\nAccurate and on time payment\nDPO monitoring Local & Regional Management\nCompliance with corporate accounting guidelines and local SOPs\n\nExternal Auditors & Consultants
\n\nPreparation of statutory financial statements in line with local GAAP\nAccurate and timely tax payment and reporting in line with local tax regulation\nExplain business processes and control in accounting department\n\nDSC Operation Team
\n\nCapex vs operating lease analysis\nCapex controlling as per approved BCA\nAsset management in line with the capex policy and procedures\n\n\n\nGrey area and rapid changes of local tax regulation requires a well-managed tax planning and regular updates for finance and operation team to ensure full compliance and avoid potential penalty\nSignificant inter-company transactions need to be carefully documented and supported by a comprehensive analysis\nLiaise with external auditors and consultants to ensure accurate and timely provision of financial statements for internal and external use\nParticipate in the evaluation of business expansion programs and assist in the review of Capex proposals (acquisition, addition, disposal and depreciation\nImplementation of audit recommendations from external and internal auditors as well as compliance with all global and regional policies and procedures\nDevelopment of service excellent culture for external and internal customers in a cost-conscious framework\nDevelop a high performance service culture within the functional department.\nPlan and organize an effective functional department.\nDevelop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.\nConduct performance appraisal.\nManage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets.\nIdentify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.\n\n
Requirements\nHaving solid knowledge and understanding on Accounting principals\nFamiliar with Indonesian GAAP and local Tax regulations\nMinimum 3 years experience in similar position and or public accountant\nMinimum Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting.\n\n
