Your Key Responsibilities

 

Obtaining of proofs for intra-community shipments of goods from Customers, freight forwarders or other related parties  Assigning of proofs to deliveries in SAP  Checking of completeness of proofs for intra-community shipments of goods as well as for export supplies, initiation of dunning procedure  Digitalising of proofs provided in paper form by Customers or freight forwarders and control / correction of OCR result  Controling of completeness of master data records and completion of master data in alignment with the competent sales department  Identifying opportunities to improve daily processes and to increase working efficiency  Creating and updating process documentation and working procedures  Supporting the Indirect Tax team with Intrastat related analyses and projects Supporting the Indirect Tax team with Tax&Payroll related analyses and projects

 

Your Qualifications

 

Last 2 years of Master's degree in Foreigh Trade/Customs/International Business or other related field Fluent Polish and very good English skills, at a minimum intermediate level  German language an advantage Knowledge and experience in MS Office usage (especially MS Excel, Outlook, Word) Willingness to become familiar with new tools and applications, such as SAP/SAP-GTS Very well organized and good communication skills Focused on details, high quality and continuous improvement Open for change and dynamic working environment with solution oriented can-do approach
