Job Summary:
The Tax Experienced Senior, Global Tax Outsourcing will help deliver exceptional client service to BDO's fast expanding client base. The Tax Experienced Senior, Global Tax Outsourcing will work as part of a dedicated team, taking responsibility for controlling a number of clients’ outsourced service lines, working directly with clients and the supporting team. Overall responsibilities include ensuring that input, output and project management are conducted to BDO's quality standards while conducting tax administration for overseas tax compliance; interacting with BDO International member firms; managing the GTO tools including the SharePoint Portals; managing RFP responses; marketing; general administration; and ensuring that the Global Tax Outsourcing processes are followed in compliance with firm policies and procedures.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Works with Manager, Sr. Manager and Director of Global Tax Outsourcing to ensure leadership is aware of any issues and trends and work to resolve them Supervises, coaches, motivates and develops Experienced Associates and Interns.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree, required; Focus in Accounting, Computer Information Systems, Economics or Finance preferredExperience:
Four (4) or more years related work experience, required Prior experience in a professional services firm or working for an outsourcing services provider, preferred Experience supporting international operations and US clients, preferredSoftware:
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint, preferred Proficient in SharePoint, preferred Knowledge of accounting and/or tax software, preferredLanguage:
Proficiency in more than one language, preferredOther Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range: $74,550 - $147,000
Maryland Range: $74,550 - $147,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $74,550 - $147,000
Washington DC Range: $74,550 - $147,000
