Key Tasks: * Review of complex C corp., S corp. and partnership income tax returns * Review of high-net-worth individual returns * Research and draft memorandum involving tax matters * Identify tax planning opportunities * Train staff on new tax codes * Create marketing materials for new tax codes * Handle and resolve tax controversies * Training and supervision of staff This firm offers opportunity for advancement and will work on a diverse set of industries.
