Kforce has a client that is seeking a Tax Consultant in King of Prussia, PA. Summary: Our client is seeking a consultant to assist in a short-term engagement with a focused compliance project. The primary responsibility of this role will be to review the language of existing vendor and customer contracts and revise or recommend updates to ensure alignment with current sales and use tax laws. The consultant will also provide guidance on taxability risks and help support the Finance team with best practices for contract structuring from a tax perspective. In addition, they will work closely with cross-functional teams-including Legal, Sales, and other business units-to evaluate tax implications, ensure proper tax treatment of transactions, and help mitigate potential exposure.
