Tax Change Management, Manager
The Tax Transformation Office enables Tax client service delivery through end-to-end business process improvement across the full range of Tax market offerings, improving delivery efficiency and driving growth. Responsibilities The role requires working knowledge of professional services and the end-to-end technology delivery life cycle. As a change management specialist, you will work across multiple tax market offerings collaborating with Tax subject matter specialists and the team within the Tax Transformation Office. Project related activities include: + Develop Organizational Change Management (OCM) workplans inclusive of change, communications and learning + Manage work across the OCM workstreams, collaborate and integrate with functional teams + Lead stakeholder analysis + Support leadership alignment + Identify and assess behavior changes required to support transformed processes + Define change action plans + Facilitate Transformation Network engagement + Define and assess adoption metrics + Identify appropriate actions to address gaps in adoption + Develop, review and distribute communications + Design and lead user survey development and distribution + Summarize user feedback and define response plans + Lead content development for training programs + Define and summarize change readiness + Apply the aspects of people, processes and technology as drivers of transformation The team Deloitte Tax LLP's Tax Transformation Office is responsible for the definition of standard processes to support the delivery of Tax services, and the related development and deployment of technology to enable service delivery. The Tax Transformation Office focuses on enhancing Deloitte Tax LLP's ability to deliver value-added, and efficient Tax services to our clients. Tax Transformation consists of professionals with varying backgrounds ranging from Tax Professionals, Human Capital and Technology Consultants, and other IT professionals including QA and Support. The team consults and executes on a wide range of projects with a strong focus on adoption including stakeholder analysis, communications, learning and change management. Qualifications Required: + Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate 2-3 days per week + Bachelor's degree in business or information technology related field + 5+ years human capital and change management experience with end-to-end technology project delivery + Demonstrated experience developing change management key messages and developing communication using multiple platforms, i.e. video, email, PowerPoint etc. + Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve + One of the following active accreditations obtained: + Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA + If not CPA eligible: + Licensed Attorney + Enrolled Agent + Technology Certifications: + Program Management Professional (PgMP) + Project Management Professional (PMP) Preferred: + Stakeholder analysis and/or leadership alignment + Adoption planning + Experience working within a professional services environment + Working knowledge of data management and metrics + Strong PowerPoint/Excel experience For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Illinois, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Illinois and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $111,090 to $206,310. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
