Responsibilities: * Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for high-net-worth individuals with a concentration in NYS and NJ resident filings * Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for partnerships, subchapter S, trusts, gift, and private foundations * Prepare and review quarterly tax estimate projections * Prepare and review foreign filing disclosures and reports: FBAR, 926, 8621, 8886, 8865 * Respond to federal and state tax notices * Effectively communicate with managers
