PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading telecommunications provider to hire a detail-oriented Tax Accountant. In this role, you’ll support critical tax and compliance processes that help keep business operations running smoothly. Your work will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency within a fast-paced tax department that underpins a company dedicated to building the future of digital infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

As a Tax Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

Performing account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

Processing business license renewals and updating historical/current license data.

Supporting E911/988 tax compliance, including preparation and mailing of tax returns with payments.

Reviewing notices and renewals while maintaining compliance records.

Assisting with vendor payments and reconciliation activities across multiple systems.

Collaborating with team members to meet month-end and filing deadlines.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience with a focus on reconciliations.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables highly desired).

Experience with general ledger account reconciliations.

Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage timelines.

Self-starter with excellent communication skills.

U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Blackline, SAP, or similar systems.

Familiarity with business license compliance or tax return preparation.

Prior telecommunications or corporate tax department experience.

Pay Details: $28.25 to $35.72 per hour
