Job Description:
The Tax Analyst will be responsible for executing the day-to-day direct and indirect tax activities for the assigned business units in Mexico, ensuring that business units meet their tax objectives and obligations, such as tax compliance and reporting, tax controversies, and tax planning. This role involves ensuring compliance and reporting deadlines are met in a timely manner with correct tax reporting and filing with relevant tax authorities for all applicable taxes, including but not limited to corporate income tax, withholding taxes, VAT, and other similar direct and indirect taxes. Additionally, the Tax Analyst will work closely with Business Unit S&F teams, MGSF teams, Global Tax teams, and Tax Advisors to ensure the smooth execution of tax activities.

Responsible for preparation of all regional income tax returns (for specific Mars entities)Responsible for preparation of all regional VAT and other indirect tax returns (for specific Mars entities)Preparation of GAM submissions (for specific Mars entities)Tax Controversy
