Objetivo del puesto:

Es responsable de cumplir oportunamente con las obligaciones fiscales, implementando estrategias que optimicen la carga fiscal de la empresa.

Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales:

Impuestos federales

Determinar oportunamente el importe de la carga fiscal de la empresa correspondiente al Impuesto sobre la Renta e Impuesto al Valor Agregado y retenciones a terceros.Presentar oportunamente la información y declaraciones ante la autoridad fiscal.Integrar la información solicitada por la autoridad fiscal para el trámite de la devolución y/o compensación de impuestos a favor.Elaboración de declaraciones informativas, mensuales y anuales.Determinar el soporte fiscal de las operaciones consideradas en las declaraciones fiscales de la compañía.Elaboración del Dictamen Fiscal.Envío contabilidad electrónica.Validar timbrado de factura electrónica.Estudio de Precios de transferencia

Requerimientos de las autoridades fiscales y laborales:

Atención oportuna y evaluación inmediata de la posible contingencia por la revisión de la autoridad fiscalIntegración y evaluación de los plazos de entrega de la información solicitada.Presentaciones y atención de requerimientos de información por Devoluciones de IVA

Inversiones Extranjeras:

Cumplir oportunamente con la renovación anual del Registro de Inversiones Extranjeras.Informar a la Dirección de Inversiones Extranjeras respecto de las modificaciones en su estructura accionaria, representantes legales, etc.

Experiencia, habilidades y conocimientos

Esenciales/Excluyentes:

Conocimientos en contabilidad general e impuestosConocimiento al 100% de la plataforma del SATIntegraciones y análisis de cuentas colectivasActualizado fiscalmenteMínimo de 3 años de experiencia en impuestosNivel de inglés B1

Deseables/No excluyentes:

Experiencia en el sector editorial.Enfoque en resultados.Alta capacidad de análisis.Comunicación efectiva.
