Tax Accountant/Senior (DOE)
Description A growing and client-focused financial services firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Tax Associate to join its collaborative team. This is a full-time, in-office role offering schedule flexibility, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and professional environment. About the Role: As a Tax Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing a wide range of tax returns, managing client engagements, and representing clients before tax authorities. You’ll work closely with a team of seasoned professionals to deliver high-quality, personalized service and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal systems and processes. Requirements Required Qualifications: + 5+ years of experience in tax preparation + Enrolled Agent (EA) designation or IRS-recognized credential (CPA, CRTP, AFSP, or Attorney) + Proficiency in Lacerte, Excel, Adobe, and project management systems + Experience handling IRS/FTB correspondence and phone calls + Strong client communication and interpersonal skills + High attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to work 100% in-office + Strong organizational and collaborative skills Excited about this role?
