System One is assisting a Tulsa family office with a search for a Tax Accountant. This position will report to the Tax Manager and work with a small, collaborative team that is growing. Responsibilities: + Prepare a variety of income tax returns for the family office entities and individuals meeting tax deadlines + Determine estimated tax projections + Stay current on tax law changes and utilize tax research and planning skills to identify and communicate problems and/or opportunities and propose solutions as a family advocate + Develop working relationships with internal and external accountants to improve information sharing, data accuracy and consistency + Effectively communicate results to family members and internally on project information + Consistently be looking for ways to improve processes to gain efficiencies + Adhere to company policies and procedures Requirements: + Minimum of 2 years of tax related experience + Bachelor's degree in Accounting required, CPA preferred + Understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping along with knowledge of tax compliance and all types of tax returns; partnership returns and individual 1040 returns a plus + Proficient in tax software and Excel + Effective communication skills, both written and verbal + Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines + Team player who treats others with respect + Willing to follow directions and instructions from members of management + Strong work ethic with a great attitude Salary: $65K - $85K DOE Ref: #208-Eng Tulsa System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
