You will… 

Pro-actively bring in your own ideas and expertise for process improvements such as automation and digitalization projects 

Be part of the local People Lead (HR Business Partner) Team and support with day-to-day business 

Take and share responsibility for different projects 

Work on eye-level with your colleagues and manager as well as benefit from their coaching, experience and expertise  

Collaborate with various business functions, locally and internationally 

Requirements: 

Bachelor / Master studies in human resources, business informatics or social- or economic sciences  

Technical savvy 

Strong analytical skills

Strong organisational and communication skills 

Trustworthiness/ confidential working style 

MS Office – high proficiency level 

Fluency in German and English language 

Basic knowledge of German Labour Law is a plus

Salary: 2250 EUR monthly gross
