We are accepting Food Service Associate applications for our largest sit-down restaurant, Taste of History in Greenfield Village. As a member of this dynamic team, you would be responsible for serving food to guests in a prompt and courteous manner while providing an outstanding guest experience. This is the venue where we host signature events, such as Supper with Santa, Fairytale Feast, and Salute to America.
Essential Responsibilities
+ Performs opening and closing tasks as assigned
+ Handles cash accurately and efficiently
+ Possesses knowledge of menu descriptions and can effectively communicate them to guests
+ Ensures an outstanding guest experience
+ Interacts and communicates with guests and co-workers in a professional and friendly manner
+ Assumes responsibility for the cleanliness of assigned areas in keeping with the Department of Health & Sanitation guidelines
+ Adheres to department rules and policies at all times
+ Acts as a team player
+ Serves food in a variety of daily food services operations
+ Performs other activities as necessary
Your Qualifications
+ 18 years or older for most roles
+ Flexible to work holidays & weekends
