Job Title: Task Order Project Manager
Location: Washington D.C. (Fully Remote)
Eligibility: Candidate must possess (Formerly IT-II) Non-Critical
Sensitive security clearance and Tier 3 investigation (T3) at time of
proposal submission.
Job Description:
Serves as the project manager for large, complex task orders and shall
assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting
Officer (KO), Contracting Officer Representative (COR), the task
order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and
customer agency representatives. Under the guidance of the Program
Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task
order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the
task order are implemented in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements:
§ Must have Project Management certification (i.e., Project Management
Professional (PMP) Certification, other equivalent nationally
recognized certification.)
§ Five (5) years of project management or other relevant experience
with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private
sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
§ Five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively higher
responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or
consulting fields.
§ BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience.
§ Must possess (Formerly IT-II) Non-Critical Sensitive security
clearance and Tier 3 investigation (T3) at time of proposal
submission.
Preferred Skills:
§ 10+ years supporting DLA
§ SAFe Agilist Certification
§ Lean Six Sigma Certification
§ SAS Certification
PLACE OF PERFORMANCE
§ The primary place of performance will be at the contractor’s place
of performance and/or Off-Site. Personnel shall be available to
periodically support meetings at HQ DLA (Fort Belvoir, VA) or other
places of performance in the Washington, DC metropolitan or Richmond,
VA areas.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
§ The Period of Performance (POP) shall be for a period of twelve (12)
months with an anticipated start date of 7 August 2025 through 6
August 2026. There will be four 12-month option periods.
