 What You will Do:

Knowledge of making import entries in the U.S and filing the necessary paperwork.Ability to interact with import brokers such as FedEx, UPS, Expeditors, etc. Knowledge of the U.S. Harmonized Tariff System and how to look up duties and tariffsStrong knowledge of ACE, duty and tariff mitigationAbility to filter/sort data and extract data with pivot tables within Excel

Work Experience

How You Will Get Here:

The ideal candidate is a process-driven compliance expert with deep knowledge of U.S. and international trade regulations, including exemptions, duty mitigation strategies, and trade agreements5–10 years of trade compliance experience in a global environmentStrong knowledge of ACE, duty mitigation, and free trade agreementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse teamsDetail-oriented and adaptable; capable of handling shifting compliance priorities quicklyTrade Compliance in Global EnvironmentACE, Duty Mitigation, & Free Trade AgreementsMicrosoft Word, Excel, PowerPointSAPExcellent verbal and written skills

Pay Range: $80,000-$85,000

Work Requirements:

This position is classified as Remote within the United States.

Citizenship requirement: 

Due to the nature of this role, proof of US Citizenship is required upon hire.

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, 0% of travel is required
