Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Targeting Analyst to join our team!

Location: Camp Smith, HI

Clearance Needed: TS/SCI

Are you ready to put your targeting expertise to work on complex projects in support of an exciting mission focused on the Indo-Pacific region? The ideal candidate will be a self-starter able to work across multiple staff sections to collect, fuse, and share intelligence to combat drug-related transnational crime.

Specific Responsibilities:

Work closely with cross-function teams, including intelligence policy/plans, and operations, to support U.S. law enforcement agencies and interagency partners across the INDOPACOM AORApply knowledge of primarily Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and all-source intelligence methodologies and tradecrafts to support operational planning and targeting by delivering actionable insights on adversary activities, capabilities, and intentionsUtilize IC tools to conduct analysis, identify and assess threats, and create products to support law enforcement actionsExercise the ability to assess and provide feedback to intelligence support efforts, ensuring continuous improvements in operational effectiveness and the targeting processUtilize Publicly/Commercially Available Information (PAI/CAI) through tools and available resourcesEmploy familiarity of DoD security cooperation frameworks and how they apply to law enforcement and interagency initiativesCollaborate with interagency liaisons, case agents, and intelligence analysts to share, generate, and collect leads, corroborate information, and enable a joint-approach to actioning targets of interestDevelop, create, and execute knowledge management across the client's portfolio; utilize SharePoint, Microsoft products, and information sharing databases to share and collaborate findings with internal and external partners

Required Education/Experience:

4+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; will consider experience in lieu of degree4+ years’ experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the capture and presentation of data derived from intelligence analysisEffective organizational, planning, and time management skillsAbility to synthesize disparate data from multiple sources into coherent reports/documentsAbility to work independently while responding promptly to requests for informationAdaptability in a dynamic work environment; ability to manage changing priorities effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to proofread, edit, and finalize products for senior leader briefings and external organizationsHighly proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft Office tools, and data-sharing tools and databasesValid US PassportActive DoD TS security clearance with SCI eligibility

Preferred Experience:

Experience supporting USINDOPACOM intelligence or operationsPrevious experience supporting DoD, counter-drug, and law enforcement missionsFamiliarity with Command and Control of the Information Environment (C2IE)

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $86,700.00 - $151,700.00
