We are currently seeking a candidate to fill our Learning & Development Manager - Onboarding & High-Potential Programs role between August 2025 and May 2026 for our Learning & Development team. We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to lead the strategy, design, and execution of complex onboarding and high-potential (HiPo) development programs. This role will be responsible for creating impactful learning experiences that accelerate new hire integration and cultivate future leaders within the organization.
