Talent Temporary Workforce: Learning & Development Manager - Onboarding & High-Potential Programs
This is a temporary salaried opportunity to join Deloitte Services LP for a short-term assignment. We are currently seeking a candidate to fill our Learning & Development Manager - Onboarding & High-Potential Programs role between August 2025 and May 2026 for our Learning & Development team. We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to lead the strategy, design, and execution of complex onboarding and high-potential (HiPo) development programs. This role will be responsible for creating impactful learning experiences that accelerate new hire integration and cultivate future leaders within the organization. The ideal candidate has the ability to think strategically as well as deliver operational excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Recruiting for this role ends on July 31st, 2025. Work you'll doProgram Leadership + Design, implement, and continuously improve learning experiences, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and business objectives. + Collaborate with stakeholders, process partners and subject matter experts to ensure that high quality standards are maintained and programs meet evolving business needs. + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent program delivery across geographies and compliance with regulatory requirements. + Utilize strategic and tactical communications to promote awareness of and engagement with learning programs. Learning Strategy & Design + Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning objectives. + Develop engaging, scalable, and measurable learning solutions using a blend of modalities (in-person, virtual, digital, experiential). + Leverage data and feedback to iterate and enhance program effectiveness. Teaming & Coaching + Create, develop, and sustain a team that consistently delivers exceptional results by fostering trust, collaboration, accountability, and a shared sense of purpose. + Coach team members to elevate their performance and impact by promoting culture of learning, encouraging appropriate risk-taking and supporting professional growth. Stakeholder Management + Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs and support for L&D initiatives. + Communicate program goals, progress, and impact to stakeholders at all levels. Measurement & Reporting + Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program impact. + Prepare and present regular reports and insights to leadership. QualificationsRequired + Bachelor's Degree + Minimum 8 years of related professional experience in design, development and delivery with adult learning programs and training experiences + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. + Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Preferred + Experience designing and delivering complex learning programs + Experience with onboarding and/or high-potential talent programs + Experience working in a matrixed or global organization. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,300-$155,400.
