What you’ll be doing:

Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop sourcing strategiesActively searching for qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other platformsEngaging and nurturing talent pipelines for current and future openingsConducting initial screenings and supporting candidate assessmentsMaintaining accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking SystemSupporting employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives as needed

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in a sourcing or other HR/Recruitment role (in-house or agency) is considered an advantageNo sourcing experience yet? That’s okay as well - if you're curious, motivated, and eager to learn, let us know. We’re happy to teach you and help you grow into the role.Solid communication skills and a collaborative approachProactive mindset and ability to work independentlyFluency in English; other languages are a plus
