Working alongside Resourcing Specialists, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers, you’ll help shape sourcing strategies, build high-quality talent pipelines, and contribute to broader recruitment campaigns. What you will be doing:
Proactive sourcing, screening, and talent pooling candidates using LinkedIn, internal databases, and external job boards Monitoring market trends, competitor movements, and industry developments that impact sourcing strategies Designing and delivering tailored sourcing campaigns to attract top talent for high-priority roles Partnering with Resourcing Partners and hiring managers from the outset to manage sourcing requirements and candidate experience Engaging talent communities and providing a best-in-class candidate experiencePress space or enter keys to toggle section visibility
Candidate Experience: Strong focus on candidate engagement and relationship building Talent Intelligence Expertise: Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Strong Stakeholder Management: Confidence in partnering with a broad range of stakeholders including our internal team, providing market intelligence, and acting as a trusted advisor. Sourcing/headhunting Skills: Proficiency in proactive sourcing techniques, including talent mapping, headhunting, and building diverse talent pipelines Fast-Paced Environment: You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a focus on quality.This role will give you fantastic exposure to a leading Financial Services organization and enable you to develop not only hands on market research and strategic sourcing capabilities but also your ability to build relationships and influence as a talent advisor within a collaborative and supportive environment.
