The Talent Sourcing Professional (F|M) in our Human Resources Department, works closely with Talent Acquisition Professionals and Hiring Managers to foster proactive recruitment activities and build an efficient and targeted candidate pipeline.​ The position is available for full-time and a hybrid role at our site in Aubagne, France. The global team consists of 4 people and we're looking forward to shape the future with you.​ ​ Grow with us – Your Responsibilities + In close collaboration with Talent Acquisition Professionals and Hiring Managers, you create requirement profiles and define a sourcing strategy ​ + On a daily basis , you search in networks and databases such as LinkedIn or Indeed for suitable candidates and establish initial contact to candidates through a targeted approach, focusing on quality not quantity ​ + Through screening candidates you evaluate a first fit and present the profile to the Hiring team ​ + You are the owner of all Sourcing platforms and you share your knowledge with the global Talent Acquisition team ​ + By working with talent insights data and understanding the talent market you create Talent Maps and shape the Recruitment Strategy ​ + Furthermore, you built a sustainable and efficient candidate network and maintain it continuously ​ + As an offline Sourcing strategy you plan the strategic approach for attending career fairs and university cooperations ​ What will convince us ​ + Completed training in Human Resources, Sales, or Marketing with interest in Talent A cquisition or HR marketing ​ + Experience of Talent Sourcing, including working with online networks and databases like LinkedIn and Indeed ​ + Affinity for Data analytics, systems and databases ​ + Strong communication skills, creativity and a positive mindset ​ + Collaboration skills with an accurate working style and cultural competence ​ + Fluency in English and French About Sartorius Sartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
