Job DescriptionAbout the Role
Mirantis is looking for a highly motivated Talent Sourcer to join our global recruiting team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in building strong pipelines of technical talent to support our hiring across engineering, pre-sales, product, and leadership teams. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and qualify high-caliber candidates for some of the most strategic and technically complex roles at Mirantis.
This is a strategic sourcing role — ideal for someone who understands modern recruitment tactics, and is driven by high-impact results.
Key Responsibilities
Own the top-of-funnel strategy for key roles across engineering, product, pre-sales, and other technical teams
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and sourcing priorities
Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, social media, talent communities, conferences, and internal databases
Identify and engage passive talent across global markets, particularly in the US, EMEA, and APAC regions
Build and maintain accurate and structured pipelines in our ATS (SmartRecruiters)
Maintain excellent documentation and candidate tracking, enabling data-driven recruiting decisions
Contribute to market mapping and competitive intelligence for strategic hiring initiatives
Represent Mirantis as a compelling first point of contact, articulating our vision, culture, and technical challenges to candidates
Refine sourcing techniques continuously and share insights on what’s working
Qualifications2+ years of experience in sourcing or technical recruitment, preferably in-house or with a fast-growing tech company
Proven success sourcing technical talent: engineers, architects, product managers, or pre-sales experts
Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn, sourcing tools
Experience working with ATS platforms, ideally SmartRecruiters
Strong written communication skills in English
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple searches at once
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to shift priorities quickly in a high-growth environment
Bonus: familiarity with the cloud-native / Kubernetes / open-source landscape
