Talent Acquisition Specialist - Drive Strategic Hiring at Henry Ford Health!

Henry Ford Health System (HFHS) is seeking a skilled and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will play a critical role in sourcing and securing top-tier talent, ensuring we meet the evolving staffing needs of our organization.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: From initial intake meetings with hiring managers to offer extension and onboarding. Partner with hiring leaders: Conduct thorough needs assessments and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Source and evaluate candidates: Review resumes, conduct behavioral-based interviews, and assess candidate suitability. Guide candidates through the process: Provide clear communication and manage expectations throughout the recruitment journey. Facilitate the hiring process: Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure efficient pre-employment processes. Maintain accurate records: Document all recruitment activities and candidate interactions within our applicant tracking system. Collaborate with HR Business Partners: Develop onboarding plans and ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Build strong relationships: Foster positive relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners. Stay current with industry trends: Maintain knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition.

 What you'll need:

Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Minimum of 1-2 years of recruiting experience required. High volume recruitment experience strongly preferred. Current working experience that includes understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle process (lead generation, managing the internal/external process, extending an offer and closing a candidate). Experience with applicant tracking system.
