YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

Ensure the proper management and execution of annual talent and performance cycles, as well as other ad-hoc tasks aligned with global/local P&C strategies, principles and guidelines

Develop and implement talent management process to attract, retain, and develop talents Collaborate with HRBPs to identify talent gaps and provide necessary support to create succession plans Act as an internal consultant to relevant stakeholders by providing profound insights into talent and organization based on solid data analysis and researchMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development plans and programs Develop and manage performance management processes to ensure fair and consistent objective setting and assessments Provide coaching and necessary support to people managers on talent and performance related topics Plan and monitor performance improvement plans to help employees achieve their objectives and develop their capabilities Ensure accurate data record management for all talent and performance-related information, maintaining the integrity of data

 

 

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree from University or above Over 7 years of extensive HR experience, preferably in talent management & development, performance management, or as an HR business partner Ability to connect the dots while understanding the big picture Strong curiosity and analytic skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights Good command of written and spoken English and Korean
