ROLE SUMMARY
The Talent Performance Specialist will provide timely support for Talent Management activities and initiatives under the Global Solutions Human Capital (GS HC) service delivery function. This role will serve as an experienced HC professional, supporting ongoing Talent Performance processes related to Performance Management, Talent Identification, Critical Role Identification, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), Succession Planning, and related projects.

ROLE PROFILE

Contribute to the Talent Performance team's continuous improvement by supporting projects, conducting research, and analyzing programs. Provide critical feedback to enhance processes, solve challenges, and optimize performance practices.Proactively highlight issues, obstacles and opportunities regarding TM processes and structurally present them to the Management team.Support in providing TM communications and content managementPlay the role of the project coordinator / planner for the assigned projectsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with constant deadlines.Manage administrative responsibilities for HR Shared Services, within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLAs)Result oriented and Proactive in achieving results with the ability to manage competing priorities.Attention to detail and an ability to work towards tight deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with other HR systems such as Talent Management systems (Success Factors preferred).Prior experience with talent assessment and succession planning is preferredDemonstrated customer orientation and detail-orientation, commitment to flawless execution.Superior customer service skills using efficient processes.Strong organizational and analytical skills
