This Position reports to:
Head of Integrated Talent- SAS- AU & NZ
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to an exceptional talent acquisition experience. Each day, you will work closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are followed. You will also showcase your expertise by providing periodic updates on market trends/position conditions to the wider people function and talent acquisition team, as well as the business

This role contributes to the hiring in the Southeast Asia/ ANZ region. Main stakeholders include HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, Business Unit Leaders, and the Global Talent Acquisition Team.
You will be mainly accountable for:Managing End-to-End talent acquisition processes for the assigned requisitions, acting as a trusted advisor to the business hiring managers.Partnering with HR leadership and business leaders to understand and solve current issues in the candidates’ pipeline, candidates’ experience, that can be supported or resolved through existing HR practices, processes, or policies in functional specialty.Using and updating relevant recruitment, sourcing, candidate engagement and employer branding systems in support of the talent acquisition function.Recommending, developing, and assisting in the implementation of special programs in recruitment, sourcing, talent attraction and employer branding.

Qualifications for the role Minimum 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a global industrial, engineering, or technology-driven organization.Strong understanding of recruitment tools and methodologies, with experience in ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and sourcing technologies (e.g LinkedIn, Seek) .Preferring a deep knowledge of the engineering, manufacturing, or industrial automation talent market, particularly in the APAC region.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; passionate about delivering a seamless and inclusive candidate experience.Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience in recruitment or HR operations.Comfortable communicating in English; additional regional language skills are a plus.Valid work rights
