Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to an exceptional talent acquisition experience. Each day, you will work closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are followed. You will also showcase your expertise by providing periodic updates on market trends/position conditions to the wider people function and talent acquisition team, as well as the business
The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the Talent Acquisition in Czechia.
You will be mainly accountable for:
You will regularly communicate not only with candidates, but also with hiring managers, whom you will help to create recruitment strategies, define requirements and select the right people for the team
You will specialise in technical and production positions in a manufacturing environment – technologists, engineers, project managers, leadership roles
You will actively cooperate with recruitment agencies.
You will be involved in branding activities and, as an ambassador, you will represent ABB at events such as job fairs.
Reporting and analysis of recruitment processes
Working in Workday, Phenom People, Teamio and our ticketing system
Qualifications for the role
Education: Secondary school/university (field of study does not matter, because if you love recruitment, there is nothing to discuss)
Languages: Active English (meetings, internal communication, interviews), native-level Czech/Slovak
Experience: Proven experience in recruitment
Personality: Proactive, organised, able to multitask
Technical: MS Office, driving licence category B
You will have an advantage if you have/know:
Experience with SAP, Workday, Teamio
Recruiting for technical and managerial positions in manufacturing (technologists, engineers, managers)
