As the Talent & Organisational Development Lead for Europe Cluster South, you will lead the strategy and execution of Talent Development for the cluster as part of the European T&OD CoE. The role will partner and collaborate with the Senior Management teams proactively to provide pragmatic and commercially focused solutions to meet the talent development agenda in line with the European Talent Plan and requirements of the market. 

What you will do:

Develop & drive the Talent & OD Plan for the cluster aligned to the European Talent Plan & overarching business objectives & values. 

Partner with the Senior Leadership & operational teams to lead & drive talent development and succession planning as per growth objectives and required skills for the future. This includes identifying & targeting areas for development at every talent segment, highlighting risks and taking proactive steps to mitigate those, as well as fostering talent mobility and career development across the organization also via regular Talent Councils.

Lead the associate engagement strategy: implement global initiatives and design local strategies to improve engagement scores across the business.    

Drive and co-ordinate the annual cycles for performance development reviews and potential assessment.  Build manager capability and manager accountability for quality and completion line with global guidelines. 

Responsible for leadership & management training programmes for the cluster, making changes where necessary. Support associate development via targeted programmes as per local needs. Work with key stakeholders across the business including in-country leaders, European & global COE to develop and deliver the approach for the annual global development season programme; including content design, encouraging facilitation and drive improved participation rates across the business. 

Be a key member of the European CoE for Talent & OD, creating initiatives, co-leading Europe-wide projects and being an ambassador for continuous improvement. 

Leverage your strong business acumen to bring Talent insights to support the business agenda and strategy. Build insights on data: review, report on and interpret monthly T&OD KPI dashboard & implement strategies to address issues on a continual and on-going basis.

What you'll need:

Experience in a fast-paced, front-line HR Business partner role supporting a business hands-on with a strong focus on talent development and/or deep experience in a centre of excellence role in talent management and learning & development

Great collaborator with an inclusive mindset & strong relationship-builder across multiple levels of the organization

Demonstrated ability to develop strong and trusted relationships and influence with key senior stakeholders to support and enable strategic business goals

Project management experience, preferably in an international environment

Strong business partnering skills with a genuine interest in the business

Consultancy and facilitation skills

Can do mentality and open to try unfamiliar things

Ability to work flexibly over a wide geographical area and experience of working in a multi-site/mobile capacity

Resilience and ability to cope with ambiguity and changing (sometimes competing) demands

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Fluency in Spanish and / or Italian as well as in English.
