Talent Management Specialist will be responsible for implementing talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent. Will be responsible for managing performance management systems to ensure employee performance aligns with organizational goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of performance management best practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
Manage and implement key talent initiatives in collaboration with the Center of Excellence (COE), Country HR/People Solutions Partners. Core program areas include:
+ 360° Feedback
+ New Leader Assimilation
+ Coaching Programs
+ Performance Management
+ Leadership & Development Programs
+ Competency Management
**Qualifications**
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent management or a related HR role, preferably in a virtual environment.
+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
+ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
+ Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics.
+ Must be proficient in English

Relocation **is not** offered for this role. Only local candidates will be considered.
