Core program areas include: + 360° Feedback + New Leader Assimilation + Coaching Programs + Performance Management + Leadership & Development Programs + Competency Management **Qualifications** + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. + Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent management or a related HR role, preferably in a virtual environment. + Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS, Zoom, Microsoft Teams). + Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. + Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics. + Must be proficient in English **Relocation Options:** Relocation **is not** offered for this role.
