**Job Summary**
The Talent Management Specialist will streamline internal mobility processes, analyze job leveling, and facilitate career progression within the organization. This role requires strategic implementation, collaboration, and effective communication to manage HR systems and enhance organizational efficiency. The Specialist will also ensure the standardization of job descriptions and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
**Role Description**
+ Streamline the internal offer review and approval process by setting clear parameters and gathering input from hiring managers.
+ Track and analyze internal mobility metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
+ Facilitate the internal transitions and promotion processes.
+ Manage and standardize the job requisition process for internal mobility initiatives.
+ Refine and analyze job leveling and profiles to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
+ Re-assign job levels based on complexity, decision-making authority, and organizational impact.
+ Create structured career progression paths, linking job levels with development opportunities.
+ Identify and communicate lateral and vertical career progression opportunities within the organization.
+ Clarify and standardize the job description creation process for the Talent Acquisition team.
+ Implement and maintain HR systems and processes related to talent management.

+ The ability to adeptly use various digital platforms and applications designed for human resources management, including payroll systems, applicant tracking systems, and employee performance evaluation software, to streamline HR processes and enhance organizational efficiency - Intermediate
+ The skill of securely handling sensitive data, ensuring privacy and compliance with data protection regulations - Intermediate
**Other Requirements**
+ Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required
+ 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 [which includes a base salary]. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
