This role is based at Caterpillar’s Indonesia Batam facility, where we manufacture Hydraulic Shovels—essential equipment used in infrastructure development and mining to move the materials that help build a better world. **What You Will Do:**
+ Serving as a thought leader for talent management programs and technology; Providing advice and support to business and HR leaders, addressing talent management related questions and requests.
+ Assisting management in evaluating the effectiveness of the organization's talent practices and recommending improvement opportunities.
+ Facilitating change management initiatives associated with talent management activities.
+ The scope of work includes **Talent Pipeline Management (** LTDP, Internship, and Apprenticeship), **Organizational Development Management** , including the EI Survey Result Management, Talent Profile Management, Culture Building Management, Retention Analytics, **Performance Management Guidance** including Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) Guidance, Counseling Guidance, Leadership & Team Development including Coaching, Mentoring, and Career Dialogue Guidance.
**What Skills You Have:**
+ **Human Resources Consulting:** Knowledge of HR approaches, tools and techniques; ability to inform, guide and advise managers in HR-related initiatives.
+ **Business Process Improvement:** Knowledge of business process improvement best practices and ability to use methods for identifying, evaluating, introducing and implementing more efficient approaches to performing business related activities.
+ **Information Capture:** Knowledge of the methods, channels and processes to obtain needed information; ability to identify, capture and document relevant business information in an auditable, organized, understandable and easily retrievable manner.
+ **Service Excellence:** Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
+ **Decision Making and Critical Thinking:** Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
**What Will Set You Apart:**
+ **Educational Background** : Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Psychology or a related field.
+ **Experience** : Minimum of 5 years in talent management, with a preference for experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ **Language** **Proficiency** : Must be proficient in English.
+ **Certification** : Valid Assessment Center certification and valid license for psychological assessment and consultation/counseling is preferred.
**Physical Requirements (With or Without Reasonable Accommodation):**
+ This job requires extensive active movement throughout the plant including climbing stairs and steps, lifting devices, and pushing and pulling equipment.
