Talent Management Special Projects Manager

ROLE PROFILE

Work closely with Tower Lead and recommend improvement initiatives based on research and insights derived from surveys, dashboards, testing, back-end operations, and user feedback.Provide support and advice to TM COE by developing new and updating current policies, frameworks, training documents.Lead the communication plan for TM COE (drafting communication, innovative communication and increasing reach) across MAF and eligible population.Conduct data analyses across TM COE pillars to advice and support in decision making for recommended changes and new initiatives.Implementation of COE initiatives including performing analyses, managing stakeholders, testing the system, updating documents.Manage dashboard and stakeholders to ensure data integrity (HCBPs, HCDX and People analytics)Lead on vendor administration following up with procurement, legal and finance to ensure closure of contracts in time (PRs, Registration, Invoicing)Lead the training and development plan for TM COE (preparing presentations, updating content, scheduling with L&D sessions, deliver trainings, monitor and report on attendance)


REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus, e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent).Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Management or a related HR function.Prior experience with project management, data analysis, and HR systems/tools is beneficial.Strong knowledge of Talent Management pillars: Performance Management, Talent Identification, 360 Feedback, Development Planning.Ability to lead special projects and initiatives from design to execution.Delivering training sessions and monitoring engagement/attendance.
