Your role:

Collaborate in the definition and the execution of the Talent Management strategic planCoordinate and supervise the employee onboarding and employee journeyProvide career development support and other talent development processesParticipate in the definition and monitoring of specific plans: Trainings, engagement, employee satisfaction, etc.
