What You'll Do
You will join BCG’s Milan HR Team, contributing to the wider East Mediterranean and Caspian (EMC) Talent Management function, with a strong focus on Career Development and Organizational Planning (Pyramid Planning). In this role, you will support and monitor key people processes across performance management, talent evaluation and organizational and headcount planning.
You will work closely with senior HR colleagues to coordinate and optimize career development processes, supervise internal tools and systems, and ensure accurate and timely data handling. You will analyze performance trends, prepare materials for talent committees, and contribute to planning and promotion cycles. As part of Pyramid Planning, you’ll support medium-to-long-term organizational analysis and the maintenance of strategic workforce planning models.
You are good at:
Navigating and supporting HR processes in complex organizational contexts, interacting with internal and external stakeholders;Providing operational support across the talent lifecycle, especially during evaluation cycles and organizational planning moments;Interpreting and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data into clear, actionable insights;Supporting career development and promotion processes for the Consulting Team;Contributing to pyramid planning through data updates and maintenance of planning tools and dashboards;Planning, prioritizing, and executing short-term tasks in a structured and autonomous manner;Building strong and collaborative working relationships, including with senior stakeholders.What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (a specialization in HR topics and/or previous HR experience will be considered as a plus);Excellent communications skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English;A people-first mindset with a natural inclination to work in a collaborative and inclusive environment;A proactive and positive attitude, combined with curiosity and a willingness to learn;Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of accuracy in daily work;Strong team spirit and the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization;Solid organizational and time-management skills, with a drive for delivering quality outcomes;Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with GenAI tools.Boston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
