Purpose & Scope:
The Assistant for Talent Management has front line responsibility for handling customer service interactions, primarily through telephone and in-person interactions. The Assistant is also responsible for daily operational tasks, computerized record-keeping, filing, and general office management activities.
Education:
An associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Experience:
Two years of office/clerical experience is required.
Two years of proficiency using Microsoft Office, primarily Excel (macros and pivot tables) is required.
Certification/Licensure:
None.
