Talent Management & Leadership Development Manager

Location: UK | Travel: ~10% (3–4 trips/year)

We are seeking a Talent Management & Leadership Development Manager to lead the design, delivery, and execution of global strategies that grow our leadership pipeline and build organizational capability. This critical role partners with HR and business leaders across the globe – with a special focus on our Eurasia region – to drive initiatives in succession planning, leadership development, and performance enablement that align with Solenis’ strategic direction.

What You’ll Do

1. Lead Global Succession Planning & Talent Strategy (30%)

Drive strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of global succession planning and talent review processesPartner with HR and business leaders to grow a pipeline of ready-now and ready-next leadersAct as a regional partner for Eurasia (with a focus on Europe), ensuring local adaptation of global processesMaintain and enhance systems, ensure follow-through on action items, and establish KPIs to measure effectivenessCreate enablement tools and reports to support HRBPs and senior leaders

2. Define & Implement Global Leadership Development Programs (30%)

Build and scale development strategies aligned to Solenis’ business and talent prioritiesDesign and facilitate learning journeys and targeted sessions that address global and local needsCollaborate closely with HR and leaders to assess development gaps and build future capabilitiesServe as regional partner for Eurasia, ensuring adoption and relevance across local markets

3. Manage and Expand Global Learning Curriculum (20%)

Oversee curriculum development, vendor selection, and contract managementManage learning budgets and vendor relationshipsDrive awareness and engagement through proactive communication strategiesSupport HR teams in the rollout and localization of learning offerings

4. Oversee Leadership & Team Assessments (10%)

Manage tools such as 360 feedback, DISC, MBTI, and executive coaching assessmentsPartner with vendors, prepare executive summaries, and conduct debrief sessionsGuide leaders through development planning based on insights

5. Stay Ahead of Trends & Best Practices (10%)

Monitor global and regional trends in leadership and talent developmentIdentify and integrate best practices into Solenis’ programs to drive innovation and relevanceServe as a thought partner across regions, particularly within the Eurasia markets

What You’ll Bring

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required.7+ years in HR, Talent Management, or Leadership DevelopmentExperience leading succession planning and talent review processesPreferred: HR Business Partner experience and global project exposure

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in adult learning principles and leadership development frameworksProficient in assessment tools (DISC, MBTI, Hogan, etc.) and Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and SharePoint)Exceptional project and vendor management skillsStrong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation abilitiesAbility to influence and partner across global teams and functions
