Where possible, you will leverage data to draw out insights that support leaders in making data driven workforce and talent decisions. You will also lead and coach a small team that deliver annual talent, performance, and promotion activities, looking for opportunities to evolve the business across these practices, streamlining and automating where possible.

In this role you will partner with the Corporate Operations Group People and Culture Director and broader team, responsible for workforce strategy, succession planning, organisation design, culture, diversity, inclusion and talent management. You will engage directly with senior leaders and leadership teams to quickly build credibility and design solutions that support business priorities. You will play a pivotal role in developing people strategies for the future in partnership with senior leaders.Where possible, you will leverage data to draw out insights that support leaders in making data driven workforce and talent decisions. Bachelor’s degree or other relevant tertiary/ professional qualifications in disciplines such as HR, psychology, business or related field Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to generate insights for a senior audience Ability to collaborate effectively with a global team and stakeholders, building strong relationships across People and Culture and with the business A global mindset and an ability to make a positive impact across different regions and cultures Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, present to senior audiences and convey strategic concepts Highly adaptable and experienced in working in a changing organisational context Forward thinking, innovative and generative AI fluency.
