The Opportunity:
We are seeking a senior HR Systems Analyst & Administrator to join our Digital Talent Strategy team. This role will play a key role in transforming our HR technology ecosystem by supporting Talent Intelligence with focus on Recruiting and Sourcing Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) implementation and managing day-to-day administration post-implementation.
Responsibilities:
System ImplementationHRIS Lead for Talent Intelligence with focus on Recruiting CRM system implementation, module rollouts, and integrationsParticipate in discovery, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live supportPartner with Workday HRIS, IT and vendor(s) to ensure system alignment and integrationPost-Implementation System Administration Serve as Talent Intelligence and Recruiting CRM technical expertMaintain and administer the Recruiting CRM systemManage user access, roles, permissions, and security configurationsTroubleshoot system issues and manage vendor ticketsData Integrity & Reporting Ensure data accuracy through audits, validations, and process checksSupport data governance initiatives and dashboard developmentProcess Improvement & Optimization Collaborate with TA functional owners to streamline workflowsRecommend and implement system enhancementsDocument procedures and maintain process guidesSupport end user training development and deliveryQualifications:
Required:
7+ years of experience in HR systems administration or HRIS analyst roles3+ years of related experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Intelligence platforms2+ years of experience in supporting an HR systems implementationKnowledge of HR business process fundamentalsProficient in HR data management, auditing, and reporting toolsExperience with data privacy and security best practicesStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication skillsComfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentDesired:
Experience with Recruiting CRM system implementationsExperience with Workday ATSExperience with integrations, APIs, or middleware platforms (e.g., Boomi)Knowledge of business process design and systems lifecycle methodologiesFamiliarity with HR disciplines like talent acquisition or talent management-________________________________________________________________________________________

The proposed salary range for this position is:
