Talent Enablement Center Specialist - Global Deliver Service Argentina

Position Summary:

Works within the Talent Enablement Center to provide operational support including reporting, analysis, measurement, talent audit sampling, project management and some continuous improvement as it relates to talent transactional processes and audits as well as light technology support. Overall, the ideal candidate for this position would be a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of HR processes and technology.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Conducts reporting and analyses relating to transactional data Conducts thorough investigations on discrepancies found during data analysis, providing insights and recommendations for resolution Works with stakeholders to refine and present results Manages related compliance activities as required Samples and audits transactional work using an established audit process for compliance with reporting requirements Consults on audit findings with owner and operator, driving audit activities and outputs within established timeframes and guidelines Documents work processes and findings in appropriate work programs Communicates effectively and appropriately to ensure audits are completed completely and correctly, escalating risks to operator and owner timely Provides project management for less complex projects and assists with larger projects Fosters a positive team environment

Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:

Applies training of the firm’s business, organizational structure and operations Applies process, system, database, reporting and talent enablement knowledge to assemble, filter data, analyze and logically problem solve Uses sound judgment and consistency in providing reporting and audit results Uses analysis to identify opportunities and offer solutions Decision making is fairly limited; contributes to solutions, documents decisions Exercises caution in handling sensitive and confidential data

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

Functional understanding of the HR service delivery model, HR processes, work instructions and technology enablers Strong communication skills Experience performing external or internal audits Organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical skills to recognize trends and report issues Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio Developing knowledge of HR technology portfolio, including but not limited to Success Factors Employee Central, Reporting, Recruiting & Performance modules, EYCM, PS Structured Data Manager, Infor, etc. Developing knowledge of Talent audit practices and stakeholders Developing knowledge of project management practices and tools Able to successfully handle multiple tasks Exercise high levels of discretion as entrusted with highly sensitive & confidential data Problem solving & research skills

Supervision Responsibilities:

Depends on others for general guidance and direction Works independently with periodic feedback, taking responsibility for audits conducting necessary research or outreach Prioritizes own deadlines Clarifies expectations as needed Expected to be prepared to interface with EY personnel at all levels and must be able to demonstrate knowledge of area of operations and communicate processes, identifying issues and suggesting solutions for mitigating risk Identifies potential risks, analyzes them, and takes preventative steps to reduce or mitigate the impact of these risks on the project. Escalates complex issues proactively with recommendations to stakeholders and/or Operations/Talent Transactions Leaders

Other Requirements

Working hours, flexible work arrangements and time off may be limited during specific times or deadlines

Overtime, as needed to meet deadlines, is required to be pre-approved

Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 2-3 years Data Science background preferred or equivalent experience 1- years Audit background preferred or equivalent experience

Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Extensive Knowledge of MS Excel. 2-3 years Data Science background preferred or equivalent experience 1- years Audit background preferred or equivalent experience Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, databases is a plus
