**The position of Talent Development Specialist will be based out of our Dallas, TX locations! (Hybrid or Remote)**
Summary
The Talent Development Specialist provides crucial tactical/generalist support to the Talent Development Team by managing and facilitating training programs, overseeing assigned client groups, and managing the logistics for career development events. This role promotes employee growth through effective communication, training program enhancements, and data tracking, to ensure the success of talent development initiatives.
What You’ll Do
+ Manage the administration, coordination, and facilitation of Rexel’s talent development programs including onboarding, role-specific learning, leadership development, and sales skills training
+ Own the relationship and end to end talent development process of assigned client groups
+ Manage scheduling, logistics, and communication for training sessions, workshops, and career development events
+ Maintain accurate records of employee participation, training completions, and development plans in learning management systems and HR databases
+ Support managers and HR partners by gathering and organizing data related to employee development needs and program effectiveness
+ Develop and manage communication plans to promote relevant training opportunities, including both soft and hard skills
+ Collect and compile feedback from participants and stakeholders to help improve talent development programs
+ Design and update learning programs through the development of new content and the enhancement of existing materials
+ Assist in tracking key performance indicators and preparing reports on learning outcomes and program impact
+ Support budget tracking and procurement processes related to talent development activities
+ Stay current on best practices in talent development administration and learning technologies
+ Provide general administrative support to the Talent Development team as needed
+ Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
+ 3+ years' experience in administrative, generalist, coordination, or project management focused work
+ 3+ years’ experience in customer service and/or customer facing work
+ 3+ years’ experience with scheduling, data management, and event coordination preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other emerging technology
+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
+ Basic data analysis and reporting skills
+ Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
+ Understanding of core Rexel business operations
