Your role

 

In this role of Talent Development Senior Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, iterating on and implementing people programs that prioritize the TricorBraun team member experience, build team member capabilities, and continually evolve alongside our rapidly growing organization.

 

Your background and experience

Own and evolve the enterprise onboarding strategy with a focus on culture, role clarity, and accelerated productivity.

Design and manage leader assimilation program to ensure successful transitions and team alignment within the first 90 days.

Support scalable talent solutions related to performance management, talent planning, and succession planning.

Design and scale programs to build leadership capability at all levels—new leaders, mid-level, and senior.

Design and scale development programs such as formal mentorship, stretch assignments, and job rotation opportunities to accelerate growth and build talent depth.

Manage team member listening strategy and drive greater adoption.

Create, track and refine success metrics of all development programs.

Drive adoption of talent programs through clear communication, change management, and enablement strategies.

Work with and manage vendor relationships to ensure delivery and implementation of services that meet business needs.

3-5 years of cross-functional project management preferred.
