Talent Development & Organization Development Lead
Responsible for Talent management, Training & Development, Culture blending, Succession planning, Career and transition planning, Organization learning, scholarship and internship program- Plan to develop potential of employees and satisfy them to work with the firm. Manage Career Development Program. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities: Talent Development/ Organized Development + Creating assessment approaches to identify talented individuals or groups + Designing and delivering talent interventions such as development and retention program. + Designing succession plans and contingency frameworks for business-critical roles. + Working with partner organizations/Management team to identify external talent pools. + Reviewing workforce planning data to feed into your talent strategy + Evaluating the success of talent program. Learning Development + Designing training plans and organizing through variance learning channels such as e-learning & internal training, knowledge sharing, ensure Global HR systems, policies and practices are developed, implemented, and effectively communicated and guidelines within area of responsibility. + Manage Career Development Program, E-Learning, Onboarding, Off-boarding, etc. + Ensure that internal policies and processes are in line with labor law, international labor Standards on Migrant workers requirements and customer code of conducts compliance. Employee Relations (Optional or Be Advantage if any) + Participate project of Thailand best workplace in employee relation, welfare, and benefit award., Corporate Social Responsibility-sustainability Program, employee committees such as welfare committee, CSR committee and Employee engagement. + Maintain contact and communicate with employees to answer their questions and concerns via Line@, Facebook, Email, telephone, etc. + Company event arrangement such as, Valentine Day, Songkran festival, Mother Day, BorgWarner Moves, Company outing, Halloween day, Monk & Spirit house merit ceremony, Pink October, Sport Day, New year party and Christmas day, etc. + Responsible for the company people related projects i.e., Employee Engagement Survey, New Employee Values Implementation, Speak out and associate program, Employee Activities from both Global and local assignment etc., + Partner in analysis and revision of people programs, policies, and practices to sustain a positive work environment for employees. GA (General Affair) (Optional or Be Advantage if any) + Canteen Management. + Transportation Management. + Coordinates with other executives, other department manager in resolving day-to-day and operational problems. + General Admin tasks as require.
