Your key responsibilities

 

Strong cooperation with various business leaders on L&D topics including acting as a learning advisor, planning and execution of Soft skills/ leadership learning strategy Managing end to end learning and development projects for assigned business across all levels Facilitation of local and global training programs Delivering presentations about L&D updates/ project status for business leaders Cooperation with global team and driving global L&D agenda in assigned businesses L&D reporting, data analytics and measuring effectiveness Taking care of onboarding process for newly hired employees.

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

4+ years of experience in L&D/ HR area, preferably in international company 4 + years of Facilitation experience Fluent English, ability to deliver presentations in English Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and across cultures Strong organizational skills Self- driven Team player, although also having the ability to work independently Excel and PowerPoint skills
